1. Who we are
TRUPAY LLC ("TRUPAY", "we", "us") operates a mobile payment platform that lets users send and receive money using cashtags, phone numbers, or email addresses. You can reach us at trupayllc@gmail.com or 22466 S Airport Rd, Spc 103, Sonora, CA 95370.
2. Information we collect
We collect only the information required to operate the service: your name, email, phone number, cashtag, and the banking information you securely provide through Plaid. We also collect basic device and usage data needed to run the app and prevent fraud.
3. How we use your information
Your information is used to process transfers, verify your identity, prevent fraudulent activity, respond to support requests, and comply with financial regulations. We do not sell your data to advertisers or third parties.
4. Third-party providers
We rely on trusted providers to deliver the service: Plaid for bank account connections and Stripe for payment processing. These providers handle your data under their own privacy policies and industry-standard security controls.
5. Security
Financial transactions are encrypted with 256-bit encryption in transit. We use secure bank connections, restricted internal access, and monitoring to protect your account. No system is perfectly secure, so please use a strong password and keep your device protected.
6. Your rights
You may request access, correction, or deletion of your personal information at any time by emailing trupayllc@gmail.com. We will respond within a reasonable timeframe consistent with applicable law.
7. Changes
We may update this policy as the service evolves. Material changes will be communicated in-app or by email. Continued use of TRUPAY after an update means you accept the revised policy.

1. Acceptance
By creating a TRUPAY account or using the service, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use TRUPAY.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding contract in your jurisdiction. You agree to provide accurate account information and to keep it up to date.
3. Fees
Standard transfers cost $1 per send and typically arrive within 1–3 business days. Instant transfers cost $1.50 per send. Receiving money is always free. Fees may change with prior notice.
4. Your responsibility
You are responsible for the accuracy of recipient details, including cashtags, phone numbers, and email addresses. TRUPAY LLC is not liable for transfers sent to the wrong recipient due to information you provided.
5. Prohibited activity
You may not use TRUPAY for illegal transactions, fraud, money laundering, or any activity that violates applicable law. Suspected fraudulent activity will result in account suspension or termination and may be reported to authorities.
6. Service availability
We work hard to keep TRUPAY available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The service may be modified, suspended, or discontinued for maintenance, security, or business reasons.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, TRUPAY LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months prior.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in California.
